Little Women
I remember when I was learning english
in high school, we had to read the book
"Little Women"by Louisa May Alcott.
This book has remained one of my
favorites of all times. And according to
this article from "The Lincoln Journal ", I am only one in
millions who cherish this beautiful story.
Interesting to read that the book has
been published in over 50 different
languages.
Was "Little Women"one of your favorite
books too?

A classic. The funniest thing about that story is that I actually convinced my brother that Beth died from being run over by a runaway carriage a la Final Destination rather than from illness. I had one of the biggest laughs I've ever had seeing his face when he was watching the movie and seeing how excited he was getting waiting for the runaway carriage scene to claim Beth. When he turned to me and called me a liar I was just about dying.
and all the others after. Only Little Women was definently the best out of all, but it was so fun to read what "happened" with their lives.
They are also making "Little Women" into a broadway musical. I'm interested to hear what the songs will be like. ~Tara www.tarametblog.com
Yes that book was one of my favorites. My mother also had me read 'the basket of flowers'. I read it one time and cried so much that I could not read it again for about three years.
Hi Lulu,
I was not aware of "the basket of flowers", I'll have to check it out.
