Most people want to lose weight the easy way, not by torturing themselves.
Who wants to eat lettuce leaves and carrot tops? Certainly not me!
What I do to lose weight is not that difficult.
I cut down a bit on my food intake and walk about 45 to 60 minutes a day with my Nordic Poles.

Walking is a great way to keep in shape and lose weight slowly. I love to walk for exercise.

You're so right! Walking is definitely a very useful exercise, one that a lot of people have underestimated. But I think walking for a set time period everyday is totally going to do a body good! The Nordic poles can help as well. They take a lot of pressure and stress off of the knees, allowing you to keep going a little longer. They also work your arms, so that you're getting more of a workout than you initially thought you were.
